[GUIDE] How to clean your Aquabats Uniform rashguard
I never ever thought I'd have to write this, but here it is. A completely thorough guide on how to clean your rashguards.
WASHING
For washing, you have two options.
You can either machine wash your uniform
ON COLD (Not McMagnetic Approved), or you can be a paranoid schmuck like me and hand wash it. You know how to work a washing machine (I hope), so here are the instructions on hand washing.
First thing's first, fill up a tub or large sink with
COLD OR LUKEWARM WATER. DO NOT use hot water, this can cause your "A" logo to peel, and in extreme cases can cause permanent damage.
Then, flip your rashguard inside out so that the logo is on the inside, and you can see the white (for recent merch rashguards) stitching in the inside. Flipping it inside out ensures that the color will not bleed and also adds extra security for your logo.
Once your tub or sink is full enough to submerge a small portion of your arm, toss your rashguard in!
Use a gentle soap (Dawn Dish Soap even! Or just good ol' gentle laundry soap) to scrub any gross crevices or particularly... poor smelling areas.
After you're done scrubbing, give it a good rinse and you're finished washing!
DRYING
This might come as a surprise, but you shouldn't machine dry your rashguards. You will literally melt it. Instead, air dry it! It was made for getting wet, so it'll dry rather quickly. That's really it.
Please remember to wash your rashguards after EVERY TIME YOU WEAR THEM. PLEASE.
